Return & Refund Policy – KRM Collections

At KRM Collections, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to offer a smooth and transparent return and refund process to ensure you feel confident shopping with us.


🛍️ Returns Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • You raised the return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Note: Certain personal use items, hygiene products, and perishables are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons.

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@krmcollections.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Mention your Order ID and the issue (with clear photos/videos if applicable).
  3. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

💰 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
  • Refunds (if approved) are processed to your original payment mode (for prepaid orders) or via UPI/bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

🔁 Replacement Option

If eligible, we can also offer a replacement instead of a refund — based on product availability and your preference.


🚫 Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personal care, grooming, or hygiene products
  • Opened/used items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Free gifts or promotional items

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returns will not be accepted without prior approval via email.
  • KRM Collections reserves the right to refuse a return/refund if the product doesn’t meet our return conditions.
